  • Effectively creates, coordinates, and communicates new marketing campaigns (both inbound and outbound) with in-house and
    off-site marketing teams and manufacturers
  • Manages Social Media efforts on Facebook, Instagram, and Google MyBiz. Responsible for content creation, paid ads, customer retention, and online voice and visual branding
  • Maintains website back end, blog content, and product pages. Updates web sales verbiage, improves lead generation, and SEO strategy.

  • Developed a large body of original content for TrailerParts.com including digital graphics, sale flyers, product catalogs, promo cards, blog articles, and social media posts. Content contributed to sales increases of up to 40% through organic and paid results on Google Shopping.
  • Managed Twitter and Facebook accounts, posting on company's behalf to engage with customers and offer online support options. Monitored ad spend and engagement metrics to better target prospective followers and curb spending.

Social Page Manager/Owner @CBD.AND.ME (Mar. 2018- Present)

  • Bringing news, reviews, and community to the online hemp and health industry via CBD and Me, a space for chronic illness warriors to discover reputable CBD brands online.
  • Grew a following of over 2,000 strong on Instagram in the span of 3 months.
